- Text us the car and the symptomYear, model, what it's doing. We reply with a time slot, usually within the hour.
- Drop it off, get a scanDiagnostics first, always. Photos and the scan go straight to your phone.
- Approve a written quoteParts and labor itemized. Nothing gets done that you didn't say yes to.
- Road test, then pickupWe drive it before you do. You get the old parts back if you want them.

Do you work on daily drivers too?
Yes. About half our cars are commuters. Same diagnostics, same written quote, same road test.
Will a tune void my warranty?
It can affect powertrain coverage. We'll talk through your warranty terms before any tune, and we keep your stock file so it can be flashed back.
Can I bring my own parts?
For most jobs, yes. We'll inspect them first, and labor warranty covers our work but not the part itself.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Zelle or cash at pickup. Large jobs take half up front, half when the car is ready.
