HLR Contracting LLC
Hard work, done right.
The idea
A Jersey Shore handyman presented like a premium brand: a home-at-dusk hero, serif headlines with brass details, three trades told as stacked cards, and a free-estimate flow built for the phone.
The owner works out of a truck, not a showroom, so the site does the job a storefront would: it shows the work is taken seriously before the first call. Every screen keeps call, text and a free-estimate request within one tap, and the hours show live open or closed on New Jersey time.
Signature moment
Service cards that pin and layer as you scroll
- 01Electrical, interior and exterior services as cards that pin and layer as you scroll
- 02Call, text and free-estimate request on the first screen, plus a sticky call bar on phones
- 03Local search groundwork for Ocean and Monmouth County towns, with business info for Google and voice assistants

About this project. HLR Contracting is a real business; this website is spec work I designed and built to show what its site could be. It has not been endorsed by the business yet. Screenshots are taken from the copy hosted at rays-personal-website.pages.dev/sites/hlr-contracting.
